Our charges for the replacement of the maid is cone month salary.

Replacement period of the maid will be 06 months from the date of joining of the first maid with a maximum of 3 replacements but if for any reason the client wants to cancel the contract no refund will be made.

During the 06 months of replacement time, if you wish to cancel the contract for any reason, the service charge/ recruitment fees paid to us will not be refunded.

The amount paid to us at the time of joining is the recruitment charge/service charges of finding a maid for you. The salary of the maid starts from the day he or she starts working and needs to be paid on a monthly basis directly to the maid.

The client undertakes to notify Maids In Minutes immediately upon agreeing to hire a candidate introduced by Maids In Minutes.

An invoice will be sent to the client upon commencement of employment and the placement fee is payable immediately on or before the date of joining of the candidate..

Introductions are strictly confidential. If Maids In Minutes introduce a candidate that the client then introduces to a third part, who hires the candidate on either full time or part time, the client agrees to pay Maids In Minutes the placement charges.

While every endeavour is made by Maids In Minutes to introduce satisfactory candidates to the client, it is the responsibility of the client to satisfy themselves of the suitability of an applicant before hiring them. If required the client may arrange medical examination of the candidate prior to hiring them. Maids In Minutes will assist and help wherever possible to facility the process.

The salary of the maid needs to be maid on time every month. In case the maid leaves because you delay in paying the salary, we will not be giving a replacement for the maid.

In case you shift yours house and the same maid cannot continue in the new location, replacement of the maid will not be provided.

Maids In Minutes Will not be responsible if you choose to give any advance salary or goods to the domestic help

The payment has to be made in favour of 'Maid In Minutes

All solicitation are subjected to Mumbai jurisdiction only. When you hire maid or any other candidate from Maids In Minutes, it is understood that you have agreed upon the above mentioned terms even if you have not signed this document.
